To access the portal, you will need a username and password. Please follow the steps below to log in:
Owner Login Instructions:
As a unit owner, you should have already received an email from “noreply@iskaan.com” to the email ID that is registered at Dubai Land Department titled "Owner Login Credentials", containing your username and temporary password.
If You haven’t received your credentials yet, please register by following the steps below:
Send an email to admin@strata-global.com and kindly include the following details:

Your Name

Your Building’s Name
-
Your Unit Number
Our team will take care of the rest and send you an email with your credentials promptly.
For Residential / Office Tenants:

Type the name of your building in the eServices section

Select your Community / Building

Choose the appropriate request from the list of options

Complete the required fields with your details

Upload any necessary documents, if prompted
